Magento ERP integration that keeps stock and orders in sync
Connect your store to Odoo, SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite or a custom ERP, with real-time sync and no double entry.
When stores need an ERP integration
Your team retypes web orders into the ERP
Orders flow from the store into the ERP automatically, with customer, payment and shipping data attached. No copy and paste.
Praktikus.ch
Magento 2 integrated with the Europa300 ERP.
You sell in-store and online from one stock
We connect the store, POS and ERP so every channel reads the same stock levels and warehouse locations.
Luft-Entfeuchter.ch
POS and ERP integration on a multi-store Magento 2 setup.
You are changing platforms and keeping your ERP
We plan the integration with the migration, so the new store goes live already talking to your back office.
LivingZone.de
Shopware to Magento 2, with Odoo for stock and orders.
Your ERP is in-house, niche or has no API
We study the data model and build a connector through whatever it exposes: an API, the database or file exports.
Pro-Importation.ca
Custom Magento 2 development with ERP integration for a B2B importer.
What does our eCommerce ERP integration sync?
Data moves both ways between your ERP and your Magento, Shopify or custom store.
Customer accounts
Registrations, profile updates, order history and credit limits, in both directions.

What each stage means for an ERP integration
- Discover. Map your ERP data structure, available APIs, workflows and existing integrations.
- Plan. Decide what syncs in real time and what in batch. Define field mappings, transformations and error handling.
- Build. Custom code, middleware or an iPaaS setup, with authentication, validation, logging and retry logic.
- Test. Unit, integration and end-to-end tests. We check data accuracy, edge cases and behavior under load.
- Ship. CI/CD deployment through staging to production, with instant rollback.
- Monitor. Logging and alerts, team training on troubleshooting, and support as you scale.

Which integration approach fits your ERP?
- Real-time API. Webhooks and REST endpoints for immediate stock updates and order automation. Minimal lag, more complex to build.
- Batch sync. Scheduled every 15 minutes, hourly or daily. Simpler and cheaper to run, with a slight data lag. Suits legacy systems without APIs.
- Middleware or iPaaS. Pre-built connectors handle mapping. Quick to deploy and less code to maintain, but you depend on the vendor.
- Direct database connector. Custom code reads and writes the ERP database. Full control for on-premises legacy systems, and strict data validation is essential.
SAP Business One can run on batch sync or a real-time API. Microsoft Dynamics connects through OData, Azure services or custom APIs. NetSuite connects to Magento, Shopify or custom stores through SuiteTalk or webhooks.

ERP integration questions
What is ERP integration?
ERP integration is connecting your online store to your ERP so products, stock, pricing, customers and orders sync automatically. It is for stores that retype orders, sell across channels or run a legacy ERP. Magento360 connects Magento, Shopify or custom stores to Odoo, SAP Business One, Dynamics, NetSuite and custom ERPs.
Do you support our legacy or custom ERP system?
Most likely, yes. In the assessment we check whether your ERP offers APIs, database access or file exports. We then build a connector through whatever it exposes. If none of these exist, we build a custom connector from scratch. Pro-Importation.ca, a B2B importer, runs Magento 2 with a custom ERP integration.
How long does an Odoo, SAP or NetSuite integration take?
Simple integrations take 4 to 8 weeks, for example Odoo with good APIs. Complex systems like SAP or NetSuite may take 12 to 16 weeks. The approach also matters, since a real-time API takes more work than batch sync. You get a firm timeline after the assessment, once we map your ERP data and APIs.
What happens to our store if the ERP goes down?
Your store keeps selling. Caching and fallback inventory keep products available to customers. Error queues and retry logic hold new orders until the ERP is back online, then sync them automatically. Logging and alerts tell your team what happened, so no order gets lost or typed in twice.
Can we add more data flows after launch?
Yes. Our integrations are modular, so we add data flows, extend sync logic or change business rules without rebuilding. You can start with orders and inventory, then add pricing, customer accounts or accounting sync later. Support plans include these enhancements, so your integration grows with your business.
Do you provide ongoing monitoring and support?
Yes. Our SLA-based plans cover 24/7 monitoring, alerting, incident response, version updates and tuning. After launch we also train your team on troubleshooting and support the integration as you scale. Every release goes through staging to production with instant rollback, so fixes reach your store safely.
